Background

In Q4 2024, we were thrilled to be appointed by long-standing client Adobe to support their ambitious exhibition plans for Bett UK 2025—the world’s largest education technology event.

Each year, Bett UK welcomes 30,000+ global educators and policymakers seeking the latest EdTech innovations, trends, and over 100 hours of free CPD, while connecting with like-minded professionals.

Adobe’s mission to unlock Creativity for All in education is powered by Adobe Express. Free for students and staff, Express—backed by Adobe’s industry-leading tools—enables students of all levels and subjects to tell their stories, amplify their voices, and showcase learning through standout graphics, videos, portfolios, animations, and more.

Project Overview

Building on insights from ISTE 2024 – where Adobe promoted technology integration in education – they expanded their Bett UK 2025 presence with a 16.5 x 10.5m full-island stand, larger than in most previous years.

As always, a strong presence and strategic investment in stand features and visitor experiences were key to success.

Key Features

This open-plan, full-island stand, developed in close collaboration with Adobe, featured:

  • ‘Design-Print-Take’ Tote Bag Activity – A highly engaging, timed activity where visitors created custom designs using Adobe Express AI features. Their designs were sent to an on-stand printing area, supported by Adobe gurus, allowing them to leave with a personalised tote bag. The area featured 20 devices for visitor use.
  • “Inside Express Experience” Interactive Tunnel – A 10m-long walkthrough adjacent to the tote bag area, designed to entertain queuing visitors. Exterior screens showcased Adobe Express demos and tutorials, while the interior offered an immersive Alice in Wonderland-style experience, engagement with Adobe gurus, and selfie opportunities. A final video guided users on creating their tote bag designs before printing.
  • Adobe Express Logo & 3D ‘A’ Sculpture – A large sculptural Adobe Express logo marked the tunnel entrance, while a 3D Adobe “A” logo near the theatre served as both a signage feature and a popular selfie spot.
  • Open Theatre Area – A curved LED screen and seating for 22 (plus standing space) created an impactful stage for interactive keynote presentations by Adobe specialists, demonstrating software applications for educators.
  • Lighting and Additional Features – A high-level lighting rig provided intelligent, dynamic illumination for key stand areas and live demos. The stand also included a private meeting room for 6-8 people, a conversation space, and a built-in storage area doubling as the AV and lighting control hub.
