Showcase 2019, UK

One of our largest projects and most significant challenges to date for the global software company Zendesk. 

The ‘Showcase’ event series, hosted by Zendesk, travels to approximately 9 major city locations around the globe. Showcase brings together customer experience leaders for a one-day event about the latest customer experience trends, best practices, customer experience hot topics, real-life customer case studies, Zendesk product sessions and insight from industry leaders.

Working to a very tight schedule, we were asked to design and coordinate the overall space planning, project management, technical detailed drawings, production of all custom unitary, all furniture and biophilic requirements for the entire London event which took place at the historic Grade 1 listed warehouse Tobacco Dock in Wapping. 

Working closely with the premier event venue team and the marketing and brand departments of Zendesk, we realised the brand team’s creative vision for the event whilst adapting our previously created designed elements.

Having thoroughly considered the venue space during site visits, taking into consideration people flow, directional signage and themed areas, we created and installed; the main entrance and registration zones, the conference stage sets, multiple rooms throughout the venue for providing hospitality, product demonstrations and specific areas for partners to also attend and exhibit alongside Zendesk at the event.

All produced and installed to schedule, the conference was a great success and the client and venue feedback all positive.
