Rhiem joins our team…

Recent Appointment

We’re delighted to welcome Rhiem Al Saadi who joined us as a permanent member of the team in July 2019 as Project Manager. Rhiem will be working closely with Jason in running client projects and represents a significant hire for us in supporting our plans for growth into 2020.

With over 25 years dedicated experience in the exhibitions and events industry, Rhiem started her career in 1994 at SSG as a 3D Designer working with a variety of blue-chip clients such as adidas, Helly Hansen, Motorola, Nokia, Thomas Cook and Samsonite covering wide sectors including Workplace, Retail, F&B and Exhibitions & Events. She gained a solid understanding of design processes from Programming, Concept & Detailed Design, Specifications, Documentations and Furniture, Fixture and Equipment.

In 2003, Rhiem became a Senior Technical Designer and Project Manager for SSG London and developed and implemented guidelines, processes and standards to facilitate the efficient delivery of projects. In 2016 she took up a Project Management role at BECK Interiors where she was part of a team that delivered the world’s largest museum complex at Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre for The Amiri Diwan of Kuwait. The project was completed in a record time of 27 months in one phase.

Rhiem joins us from a role as Exhibition Operations Manager at Montgomery, an independent exhibition and events company at the forefront of trade and consumer shows in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East that runs over fifty events in over fifteen countries. Here Rhiem managed operations and delivery across several exhibitions ensuring high levels of exhibitor satisfaction and visitor experiences.

At UNLTD_XYZ, Rhiem is applying her experience initially across exhibition projects in a supporting role to Jason who explains the rationale for hiring great talent into the firm…

As a small consultancy, our whole approach and plans for developing the business requires experienced people to join our team that can; turn their hand to everyday needs, inject ideas and added-value into our working processes, our client relationships and to generally support our future growth.

Rhiem is quite a rare talent and we’re enjoying working with her. She brings valuable industry experience to what is a significant role that will strengthen our client and project management resources and foundations. Her involvement will start to allow us more time to; expand our offer into some new growth sectors, explore new business opportunities across our disciplines, and to review how sustainability becomes an ever-more prominent consideration in client projects to help minimise our impact on the environment.”
