Planning for Autumn 2020 events…

Coronavirus Update (8 April 2020)

In our personal and business lives we’re facing significant challenges trying to keep safe and well, and supporting each other where we can through the COVID-19 crisis.

At UNLTD_XYZ, this situation is presenting us with an opportunity to; make good use of downtime to try and address some of the issues we typically face, and plan ahead for when normal working conditions return.

So we’re proactively exploring how we can support our clients right now. And how we might also be of help to Event and Marketing Managers and those trying to prepare for events and exhibitions that have been rescheduled or are currently still planned for later this year.

Design and Forward Planning

In light of events and exhibitions that are still scheduled for September 2020 onwards, ensuring you’re well prepared for when normal working conditions return is vital.

Right now, we’re fully operational and equipped to progress the design and planning phases of future projects, so we are actively advising clients to work closely with us now to design and plan for Autumn 2020 projects that are currently scheduled to go ahead. Forward planning is key as we’re already aware that supply networks and contractors will be overwhelmed with existing commitments, let alone any new projects, once we’re all physically back in the workplace.

Please do give this careful consideration and get in touch with us in the days ahead if you anticipate needing support and feel it would be helpful to arrange a conversation.

We hope this finds you safe and well. Take care, and here’s hoping we can all return to some kind of normality in the not too distant future.
