International Events, EMEA
Headquartered in New York City, Dataiku is a computer software company founded in 2013 on the principle that in order to succeed in the world’s rapidly evolving ecosystem, companies – no matter what their industry or size – must use data to continuously innovate.
This message struck a chord with businesses around the world, and Dataiku has grown rapidly, providing a central hub for analytics and machine learning model deployment/management.
Our involvement with Dataiku began in 2018 when we were approached to develop a bespoke presence at a new conference and exhibition for us in Big Data LDN (London) where the leading global data and analytics experts discuss the big questions and share ideas with forward-thinking peers and leading members of the Data community.
Our first challenge was an extremely tight turnaround from design to build and installation. We developed a simple yet busy exhibition stand featuring an architectural archway structure which gave Dataiku a strong physical presence at the show and presented and open approachable compact 30 sqm space for staff and visitors. Key design features included a multi-purpose reception and information area, coffee bar, presentation area and interactive touch screen demonstration zone.
The feedback we received on our client’s experience of working with us on this show was ‘excellent’ on all aspects of: interpretation of the project brief, creativity, working within budget, client liaison, project management and pre-show installation to handover.
This experience gave our contacts in the UK and Europe the confidence to engage us to coordinate their full EMEA Events programme throughout 2019, which spans over 30 trade events across the UK, Europe and UAE.
Working with established 2D brand guidelines, we have designed a 3D brand identity and developed and built a unique modular kit of parts to configure and service variable booth sizes as required at different venues across the programme.
Integral to the overall event programme logistics, we took responsibility for liaison with our approved agents in the UK and Europe to coordinate the individual needs for every show covering all transportation, show installations, dismantling and storage of component parts for subsequent re-use.
The 2019 events programme is expanding, and we are in talks with Dataiku to evolve the 3D brand look and feel ahead of and to fulfil their 2020 programme objectives and needs.
